Beyond our standard catalogue, we design and build non-standard pressure vessels and complete thermal processing lines tailored to your product, plant layout and capacity — from a single custom vessel to integrated retort lines with loading, conveying and CIP systems. Our D1/D2-qualified engineering team works from your product spec, packaging format, available floor space and utility supply to deliver a turnkey solution: vessel sizing, heat-distribution design, PLC control architecture, material handling and commissioning. OEM and ODM builds carry your brand and control specifications, with English documentation and on-site installation support worldwide. Known as 食品设备定制 / 非标容器 in Chinese, our OEM/ODM 食品机械 covers custom 杀菌釜 lines and complete 高温灭菌 plants.
Working Principle
Each custom project starts from your specification — product, packaging, capacity, layout and utilities. Our engineering team sizes the vessel(s), designs the heat-distribution and control architecture, integrates loading/conveying/CIP as needed, then manufactures, installs and commissions the line. The working principle follows the chosen sterilization method (steam / spray / water-bath) applied to your specific product and packaging.
Control System
PLC + HMI with SCADA optional, engineered to your control specification and brand. Recipe management, F-value calculation, data logging, remote diagnostics, and integration with loading/conveying/CIP systems. MES/SCADA integration available on request.
